Free Contacts Manager Program similar to Outlook 2007? - how to program free 2007 cobalt keyless entry

Who knows if there a program that can handle Windows Contacts (or online) on the computer or how to import contacts from Excel for Windows 2007?

It is my goal, my contacts from Hotmail on my HTC P4000 move (which I did), I edit the list on your computer (where I set the phone quickly) and then exported to the Pocket PC.

I know you can do online to Hotmail and the telephone, but these methods, you can edit the contacts one by one, it takes a long time, if you have many contacts.
